03Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive the ownership rights specified in their project agreement. Ngarsa Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
04Payments
Payment terms, schedules, and currencies are defined per project agreement. Work may be paused if invoices remain overdue beyond the agreed grace period.
05Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care but do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
